Timing is dependent on the speed of approvals from local municipalities. Axe Buildings will handle all approvals and permits as part of the all inclusive offering.

We've simplified the process

We everything required to complete the dwelling. Our price includes everything apart from transport, site servicing, earthworks, foundation, permits, surveys, and Tarion / HCRA costs, as these are location and site dependent. Typically these range between $25,000 and $40,000.

Don’t see exactly what you want? Get in touch and we’ll make it for you. Due to the innovation ingrained in the Axe system, modifying exterior and interior walls, changing colours and swapping out interiors is easy. (Slightly higher design fees may apply)
